Your Questions, Answered
Here are answers to some of the most common questions caregivers have about working with our agency
-
What makes The Village Care Co different from other agencies?
As professional nannies and household support providers ourselves, we understand firsthand how important it is to feel valued, respected, and supported in your work. Our goal isnβt simply to fill positions β itβs to place caregivers in homes where they are appreciated, communicated with clearly, and set up for long-term success.
We take time to get to know both our caregivers and our families so that placements feel like the right fit for everyone involved. Weβre here to advocate for professional standards, help set clear expectations from the beginning, and support you throughout the process. When caregivers feel respected and supported, everyone benefits β especially the children.

No! We want placements to feel right for everyone involved. You will always have the opportunity to meet families, ask questions, and decide whether a position feels like a good fit for you.
-
Timing varies depending on availability, schedule needs, and fit. Some caregivers are matched quickly, while others may take longer as we look for the right long-term opportunity. Our focus is always on quality of match rather than speed.
